If you are looking for psychoanalytic psychotherapy or psychoanalysis in English, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll be able to travel from the darkness of the unconscious to the light of knowing and understanding who you are and who you can be, not having to make an extra effort to make sure the other person knows what you mean. Having worked for years with expatriate families in Germany, particularly at an english international school, I’ll make sure you don’t have to worry about how your language and culture will be accommodated and appropriately considered as part of your process.

At Raízes – which translates as “roots” – our goal is to help you navigate between your past, present and future, assisting you in your effort to discover yourself and the path that’s right for you. While one cannot choose to forget the things that hurt the most, it is certainly possible to go in search of our roots, properly assisted in a psychotherapeutic or psychoanalytic process. These roots, which run deep within, can be elaborated and strengthened. Because we all deserve to find the roots that allow us to endure the storms in our lives.
