At Raízes — meaning “roots” — our aim is to support you in navigating the connections between your past, present, and future. We accompany you in the process of discovering yourself and finding a path that feels truly your own. While we cannot simply choose to forget that which has caused us pain, we can revisit and explore these deeper layers with care within a psychoanalytic or psychotherapeutic process.
